Terms of service

Jazari is an AI-powered workspace that helps you organize projects into Spaces and Contexts, and provides AI-assisted chat, file analysis, voice transcription, and web research features, powered in part by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jazari. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use Jazari to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or share content you don't have the right to share, including content that infringes another party's intellectual property or violates their privacy
• Harass, abuse, or attempt to harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, Space, or system you don't own or have permission to access
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security, rate limits, or infrastructure of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or bulk-download content from the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You retain full ownership of the content you create in Jazari, including your Notes, Tasks, Decisions, uploaded Files, and any output generated by Jazari's AI features in response to your inputs. We do not claim ownership over your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you — including sending relevant content to our AI processing providers to generate responses on your behalf. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or create, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to share it, including with any team members you invite into a shared Space.

If you invite others to a Space, or accept an invitation to one, you understand that content within that Space is visible to all members of it. The Space owner has sole authority to manage membership and to delete the Space, which permanently removes its content. We are not responsible for how other members of a shared Space use or handle content visible to them within that Space.

Jazari uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, to generate responses, summaries, suggestions, and other content ("AI Output"). You acknowledge and agree that:

AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances, and Jazari does not guarantee its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI Output is provided for informational and productivity purposes only, and does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated advice. You must independently verify any AI Output before relying on it for any consequential, production, business-critical, or legal decision. Jazari is not liable for actions taken or decisions made in reliance on AI Output without such independent verification.

Jazari currently offers its Service on the terms described at aljazari.app at the time of your use, which may include free and paid tiers. Where paid plans apply, the specific fees, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to change our pricing and plans, with reasonable advance notice for existing paid subscribers.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Jazari is under active development, and features, functionality, and the user interface may change, be added, or be removed at any time as the product evolves.

The Service and all content, including AI Output, are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jazari and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50), or, for users on a free plan who have paid nothing, the maximum extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold Jazari harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or from content you upload that infringes the rights of a third party.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account or Spaces at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the AI disclaimer, warranty, liability, and indemnification sections — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jazari's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise for users located elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice such as an in-app message. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
